Our services involve highly personalised astrological and numerological analyses tailored specifically to your unique birth data and life circumstances. Each consultation represents a significant investment of time and expertise by our practitioners.
All sales are final. Due to the personalised nature of our digital services and the significant preparatory work involved, we do not offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed and payment processed.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer a one-time rescheduling of your consultation if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your consultation due to technical issues or practitioner unavailability on our end, we will first attempt to reschedule. If a mutually agreeable time cannot be found, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
